Detox tea was my first tea that I put together.  At the time I was lecturing and supervising clinic for my final year Degree Nutritional Medicine and Western Herbal Medicine students.  We had long 12 hour days and by 4pm everyone was feeling tired as there was still another 5 hours to go in front of clients.  I stated teaching them medication as a meditation teach but as the clinic became busier and with over 20 students I decided they needed some form of herbal pick me up – they all were unable to take herbal medicine for specific reasons so I developed a tea that we could all enjoy and reap the rewards from.  So here the Detox tea began.  I now call it detox as it is for post food and ensures proper digestion as well as adrenal, liver and digestive support.
