The second two weeks are about Repairing the gut and nervous system, lastly the third section is two weeks of Rejuvenation with diet and lifestyle tips to support this. Each of these two week blocks has additional herbal medicine and Certified organic herbal blended teas to support the body thorugh this process. These are all included in the total costing of the program. As well as 7 consults thorughout the 7 weeks and Weekly group Zoom sessions. They run 4 times a year.
