7 Weeks of Cardiovascular Education

Service Description

This payment is for the full 7 Week Cardiac Education appointments, eBook and zoom sessions. During each consultation we will go through your measurements of bone mass, muscle mass, fat mass and water storage in relation to your height and age. We will also review your macro and micro nutritional intake. Each week on Zoom we learn about the heart, our bodies, metabolic syndrome, Medicinal eating to protect your heart and why we need to understand good and bad fats, sugars, movement and all things cardiovascular. Each person that enrolls will need to provide details of their Cardiologist or GP they work with to ensure they are aware of the changes I am putting in place and treatment program. I will provide a letter to inform them of our program. This is all a part of my 7 Week Cardiac Education, Cardiac Medicinal eating and System repair. You will need to book in for the full 7 appointments preferably over the 7 weeks. Next one starting February 2023. Weeks 1,2,4 and 7 must be face to face with the others via zoom. With Sessions 1, 3 and 5 there is an option to purchase $79 pack to support during this process. These will be given during session 1, 3 and 5. Please note these are only given when 7 appointments are booked and attended. Weekly Complimentary Zoom group meetings for education and Food as Medicine healing tips to keep you on track are each Monday evening.

Due to high demand, 24 hours notice is requried for cancellation. If this is not adhered to $80 may be charged at the practitioners discretion.

To avoid being charged, contact us with at least 24 hours before cancelling or rescheduling your appointment.
