At Naturo Health Care, our 4-Week Cardiac Education program includes 3 comprehensive appointments, an eBook for daily cardiovascular medicinal eating, and weekly Zoom sessions over 5 consecutive weeks. Aim is to focus and educate on your heart health. Each consultation evaluates your blood tests, current heart health and dietary requirements from your macro and micro nutritional intake. Join us to enhance your understanding of cardiovascular wellness and make informed dietary choices tailored to your needs. Blood tests are to be carried out preferably by your GP or Cardiologist. I can order them if needed but this is at an extra costing. This is to be done after our first consultation prior to the cleanse. We have booked out 5 Weeks as the First week is for consultations and ordering blood tests.
