Initial Naturopath Assessment

Service Description

This consultation will take up to an hour. In this time We will go through a comprehensive evaluation of your health history including epigenetic factors of diet, lifestyle, stress and environmental exposures. With this I may also conduct examinations such as blood pressure and iris analysis. If you have any recent pathology tests please bring them to this consultation to support a better understanding of your current health. I may also request further testing. With this information gathered, together we plan and discuss treatment goals that will support your changes for optimal health. Treatment may include herbal medicines, nutritional supplements, along with diet and lifestyle advice. You will go away with a start to your new dietary plan and lifestyle changes needed.
