These are a few cleansing juices that can be enjoyed as a meal or snack and are sure to support not only your digestion but also your energy and immune health. These are all used in our final section of the 7 Week Cleanse











Grapefruit for your breast tissue


Serves 2



Blend all through a blender or Nutri bullet. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy.


Ingredients:

1 ruby red grapefruit - peeled and quartered

1 Lebanese cucumber chopped

1 medium pear chopped and seeded

1 thumb size piece of ginger peeled


Zesty and refreshing.




Add Energies Tea for a digestive boost


Serves 2


Blend all through a blender or Nutri bullet. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy.


1 heaped tsp of Energies Tea

4 cups seeded and chopped watermelon

1/2 cup fresh mint leaves

1 lime peeled


1. Soak the tea in boiling water 250ml for 5 minutes. Then refrigerate for an hour until cold. Strain out the tea pieces.

2. Add other ingredients and tea water to a Nutri bullet.


Serve immediately and enjoy.

Serves 2

Ingredients


2 medium peaches, quartered and stone removed

2 medium kiwi fruit quartered

8 cos lettuce leaves washed

3 sprigs of fresh mint

1 lime peeled and quartered

2 Lebanese cucumbers quartered


Serve over crushed ice once juiced or as a smoothie.
