Sugar cravings explained


The more sugar you eat, the more sugar you will crave. This sea saw effect in your blood may not only causes deficiencies, yeast overgrowth and mood imbalance but worst of all immune deficiency and out of control cravings.

You end up becoming the victim of a s soaring and plummeting blood sugar levels. The sugar gives you the rush, but this drop is never far behind. The best way to beat this is to go cold turkey, no sugar, refined carbohydrates or sweets for a month.
